Information We Collect

We also collect certain information that is or may not be considered Personal Information, such as any images and/or pictures and/or photos you may upload to the Site, your browsing history on the Site, and any information regarding your views of other users' Products’ designs through the Site.
We also collect certain information about any company or other entity on whose behalf and/or in connection with you use our Site and/or Services.
In addition, when you use the Site, certain information may be automatically gathered about your computer, mobile device, operating system, IP address, including your (geo) location.
How We Use Information
Except as expressly set forth herein, we will not share your Personal Information with third parties without your explicit permission, except when required by law, regulation, subpoena, court order or other law enforcement related issues, as specified below.
Provision of Services
We use your information (including but not limited to Personal Information) to enable you to provide us with a license to or purchase a license for a Product and/or Information and will share such information regarding your purchases and/or licenses provided with any service providers helping us with the purchases and/or offers, including but not limited to third party payment processors.
Personalize and Enhancement of Services
We may use Personal Information internally, for example, to help diagnose problems with our servers, to make the Site and/or Services more useful, to customize the Site and/or Services and personalize its content for you.
In addition, by analyzing all information we receive, including all information concerning users, we may compile statistical information across a variety of platforms and users ("Statistical Information"). Statistical Information helps understand trends and customer needs so that new products and services can be considered and so existing products and services can be tailored to customer desires. Statistical Information is anonymous and we will not link Statistical Information to any Personal Information. Law Enforcement related disclosure
We will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity, behavior or digital content of any user suspected to have engaged in illegal or infringing behavior. Nevertheless, some countries may have levels of protection of personal and other information which are not as high as in your country of residence or business.

We allow you to use our Services in connection with third-party services, sites and/or applications. If you use our Services with or through such third-parties, we may receive information about you from those third parties. Please note that when you use third-parties outside of our Site and Services, their own terms and privacy policies will govern your use of those services.
We keep the collected information as long as it remains necessary to provide our clients with access to and use of the Site and Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
How we Protect Information
We make efforts to follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the Personal Information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
We will delete information provided to us by a user within a reasonable time from the receipt of a written (including via email) request by such user to delete its account, provided however that we may retain a copy of certain information for audit and record-keeping purposes. We cannot restore information once it has been deleted.
When you give feedback in respect of the Product(s), Product Information, Site and/or the Services or rate the Services on the Site. Please remember that any information disclosed in this venue may be automatically made public, and such information will not be considered Personal Information by Beegris. You should exercise caution when disclosing any information (including Personal Information) in such a venue, as you do not know who will access or use such information and for what purposes.
Third Party Applications and Services
Portions of the Service (including, without limitation, advertisements) may involve linking to or using web applications or services belonging to third parties. The Service may also provide you with links to access the applications of third party vendors or retailers. We have no control over third-party applications or services, and all use of third-party applications or services is at your own risk. Additionally, Beegris cannot accept responsibility for any payments processed or submitted through such third party applications and/or services, or for the privacy policies of any such applications and/or services. Beegris is not responsible for content or available by means of such applications and/or services. Beegris does not endorse any products or offered by third parties and we urge our users to exercise caution in using third-party applications and/or services.
Beegris does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. In the event you become aware that an individual under the age of 13 has enrolled without parental permission, please advise us immediately.
